So last night I tried 2 ref images , a funny short video and some prompts for 12 secs. On 1 photo this took under 27 mins on my 5060 This took 57 mins and seems to be very fast at the end. I tried changing from 3 secs to 5 secs on the shot and still seems to talk rubbish
