Anthropic offering discounts to old users — anyone else receive this? (IPO push?)

Old subscriber here—switched over to Codex on GPT 5.6 release, but Anthropic just emailed me a discount offer to come back. Wondering if they're actively trying to win back churned users to bolster numbers ahead of an IPO push. Has anyone else received this lately?
