Wanted to test this allegation. So I setup up a task that used 25% of my 5h Usage in a single prompt (GPT Sol Extra High). After the 5 hours reset, did the same for Astra Extra High. It used the full 5h and did not finish the task. There's no way it's just 2.5x.
