Best LLM for 9700XT?

Some more specifications: 9070XT 16GB 32 GB DDR5-5600 Bazzite KDE And I don't know if it matters but i7-13700K 3.4GHz 16-Core I'm currently using qwen3.6:35b-a3b, but it feels dumb and slow. Is this the nature of local llm due to the limitations of my hardware?
