Best workflow/nodes/model to color correct video using a reference photo?

I have a video with a heavy blue tint showing two people. Luckily I have a neutral colored image with those same people in the same outfit for reference. I'd like to color correct the video using the still as reference but it may also need AI assistance due to detail loss I was able to match images…
