British Airways customer support forgot to remove the ChatGPT preamble
My flight got cancelled today and I got rebooked on a much worse itinerary so I was chatting with customer support to figure out my options. They accidentally exposed their AI usage lol To be fair, I was using ChatGPT for like 80% of my replies too
