ComfyUI v0.41.0 released

I wasn't expecting there to be a new (non-patch) release so soon after 0.40.0, but here is the next version of ComfyUI. Additions include Flux3-image model support, MiniMax-H3 LightVAE support, among other fixes/improvements.
