Could Apple's Siri AI can be swapped out for a locally hosted model?

In the upcoming releases, it looks like apple has a "Model Manager Service" to setup different inference providers. Somehow, knowing Apple, it'll be unlikely that we'd be able to add our own server endpoint, even if it's compatible, but it'd definitely be a nice integration.
