Crazy amount of refusal with Opus 5.5 suddenly?

Has anyone else seen this? I am using it for editing creative writing and it has NEVER HAD a single issue. Suddenly since yesterday its refusing everything? I tried then some small coding takes and same. Its always asking me to edit and retry. I have never once hit a refusal - all my coding content…
