Do people here REALLY bother switching from anthropic to openAI to deepseek to moonshot/Kimi etc when a new model comes out?

I used to switch around but now I just find it tiring to do so. Now when Open AI (for example) releases its latest model I’m just happy to wait a few weeks to seen what Anthropic respond with… What do you guys do?
