Does the 20x plan actually give 4x more weekly usage than the 5x plan?

i'm currently on two subscriptions on claude x5 max and chatgpt x5 max, anthorpic's x20 is just x4 on the daily limits but only around ~x1.5 times on the weekly limits. I was wondering if this is the case with chatgpt's max x20 plan as well? I like how chatgpt x5 max plan has no hourly window limit…
