Error in Gemini App?

Responses takes forever to load despite using 3.8 Flash and they seemed to be clipped & very brief. Gems don't work - tried to use 2 different gems and they gave me a generic response instead of the usual customized ones and again, very short & brief. 3.1 Pro doesn't even work on me, it just stuck…
