Gemini extremely slow for anyone else lately, especially Flash 3.8?

I'm on the Gemini Pro plan and have been using Gemini Flash 3.8, but lately the performance has become ridiculously slow. Even fairly simple tasks can sit there for 20–30+ minutes, and sometimes after all that waiting, the result still isn’t particularly useful or the task doesn’t complete properly…
