Gemini Pro or GPT plus subscription for software engineering tasks?

Hi guys, I have ~20 usd$ to spent in a subscription, I tried some “free” models using local ollama with opencode, but its not efficient in more complex daily tasks. I mainly code in go and Python, which subscription do you recommend?
