H3 taking too long to generate

Sup guys, soo while searching for some really good motion swap model someone recommended me H3 with this workflow. The output was pretty good but the generation was way too long and i dont really think a 12sec video in 1080p 24fps at 12steps should take around 35 minutes on pro6000 and 96GB of ram.…
