Has any one setup Cloud model as orchestrator and local model as worker?

I see people mentioning this pattern. If anyone has done it how is it setup? I use Oh My Pi and it can't even create subagents with other models but uses the same parent model. Maybe I am missing something. Can anyone share their setup?
