How are you guys dealing with the memory temps on an RTX 3090 while running LLM?

Just got my RTX 3090 FE to run Qwen 3.8 27B on it and while the performance is quite nice, the temps on the memory chips is escalating quite fast ... how are you handling the temps? Do you reduce the power usage? Define custom fan curves? Thanks for any suggestions!
