How do LLMs actually score on IQ tests, and does the number mean anything?

I've seen claims that top AI models score around 130 to 145 on IQ-style tests, but I'm not sure how much that actually means since IQ tests were made for humans. I know IQ isn't totally accurate even for humans, but I guess I'm thinking of it as a rough measurement. or maybe it’s completely irrelev…
