How do you image edit or image generate wit MINIMAX H3?

I see people here raving about it being a really good edit model. HOW? I tried some things, always got bad, low quality results or deformed anatomy. I would highly appreciate if anyone could share their H3 image edit workflow, and an H3 image generation one if you have it. Thanks.
