How do you use IP-Adapter to replicate an appearance, outfit, or background?

I’ve been using ComfyUI for a while now. I tried to recreate a workflow from a user who posted here previously, but the result was a total mess. No matter what I do, the output images don't look like the original image. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong with my process? Thanks!
