How does the weekly limit work?

The 5 hour limit works by resetting your token allotment every 5 hours. The weekly limit doesn't seem to work like that? It seems to be rolling in some way. My weekly limit was at 25% with a reset date of Tues 10/27. Now it's 100% with a reset date of 10/29. Does anyone have insight on how it works…
