I want to use different IA models (Claude, OpenIA, etc) but i want to pay just one suscription. Any recommendations?

I have been using Chatgpt as my main IA help but now i need to use more than one model for different tasks, Is there a platform that allows me to pay just one suscription and have access to this models in just one place?
