i2v: any hope (or workflows) for 4060ti 16g vram and local text encode?

I have the 4060ti 16gb vram +32g ram, and need to bypass api text encoding since pc will be off the network. I have tried this on LTXvideo desktop, and I can get a 5s vid in about an hour.
