I'm running H3, is it necessary to restart comfy regularly

i feel like comfy eventually consumes more base memory after repeated generation and the output quality drops gradually. pressing "clean VRAM" or "clear node cache" doesn't help. i just close and restart comfy every now and then, am i being paranoid or is this actually recommended
