Is 3.5 Flash-Lite the only model available to Plus memebers?

If so it is a downgrade i guess. It is about ten day like that and i guess i just unsubscribe. Dont see any reason to pay for this. And also why there is not a single news in internet about it it is not even discussed in reddit or x. Is it that unimportant i guess? 🧐
