Is AgentRouter still working? Getting 401 Invalid API Key with Codex + GPT-6.1-Sol

AgentRouter account has ~$149 balance, but Claude Code previously returned 402 Budget pool quota exhausted, and current Codex returns 401 Invalid API Key. Is AgentRouter still operational for Codex/GPT-6.1-Sol? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
