Is it just me or does Qwen 2.1 look like a heavily distilled GTP image version?

Don't get me wrong, not hating on Qwen 2.1 but it DOES have all the hallmarks of GPT's weird "texture" all over it. Is this just a distilled model of one of the GPT Image models?
