Is it just me or Gemini, Gboard, Chrome, YouTube and many Google apps have been extremely laggy in use? No other even heavy apps does this

Hi all, I've noticed this first in my Gemini app. Then in Gboard and then in Chrome too. anyone experiencing this? what is the fix? my phone is a brand new one and it's extremely fast in all other apps
