Is it really important to add the "conditioning zero" node to the negative prompt in models like Krea 2 if CFG = 1? And what is the ideal shift/Aura Flow setting?

This is confusing to me. Can I leave the negative prompt box empty? Or is it mandatory to add the zero conditioning? The Shift/Aura Flow for Krea 2 is also confusing to me.
