Is scheduled task creation a complete mess at the moment?

I mean configuring cloud tasks, not local tasks. I have a large scheduled work task that I want to run daily using luna 6 max, it has to run some python and use the Google drive plugin. The web and android apps scheduled task interfaces expose no way to configure the task's model or whether it runs…
