Is there any link between AI detection abilities and trypophobia?

The obvious one is food, AI pictures on menus of things like pasta, ground beef, etc trigger it so hard, in a way I’ve never felt from seeing those things or pictures of them. They look so gross that I have no idea how you would advertise food with this, but it clearly doesn’t hit everyone this way…
