Issue with ComfyUI and LORAs

I'm new to ComfyUI. I had used A1111 for a while a year ago. I recently got ComfyUI Desktop. The issue: When using the standard T2V template I get a video. Cool. If I then add a LORA or change LORAs and run the same prompt and same everything else, I get the same video. Exactly the same. No change…
