LLM Trained on Web Scraping?

Are there any local models that are trained on web scraping skills and bot bypass development? The dedicated tools out there are either too expensive or not tailored to what I am trying to acccomplish so am hoping to build my own. Using a Qwen 3.8-27 abliterated model but was curious if anyone here…
