Made a Krea2 character Lora on Runpod using Ai-Toolkit and did everything wrong and it turned out reasonably good anyway. Go figure.

About 75 random image crops and ratios (30 buckets), no captioning and most of the images were low to medium resolution. All settings at default for Krea2 Raw so 3000 steps and the usual 10 samples every 250 steps. My only regret is how long generating the samples took. Almost 10 minutes wasted eve…
