Memory choice for LLM

As I heard, Qwen3.8-27B is opus 4.x level, I want to know what you would consider between a rog flow z13 64GB for 2500€ or a 128GB for 3400€, I think if I get the 64GB I can get an external GPU after with the money left. I would run the 27B at Q8_0 or Q4_K_M. What do you think ? Am I missing someth…
