MiniMax H3 motion on 3060 looks slow and unnatural. What am I missing?

I’ve been trying local video generation on an RTX 3060 12 GB. The frames look fine, but the motion doesn’t look like anything real: slow, weightless, disconnected. Speeding it up 2x doesn’t help.
