MiniMax H3 Ref2VA gets stuck at Model Initializing with too many refs?

I'm running H3 Ref2VA at 2MP, 12 sec on a 5090 32GB with 64GB RAM. With 7 reference images + 1 reference video, it works and starts sampling after about 7 minutes. All images are 2048*2048.
