More realistic skin with Qwen Image 2.1?

Hello, am wondering if anyone can recommend ways to getting more realistic skin with Qwen I2.1. I use it mostly as an edit model but even if the reference image’s skin is good quality it tends to end up smooth and washed out in the result. Any Loras or setting I could try out?
