Don’t misunderstand me, but sitting there worrying about the weekly counter is itself a stress factor. Seeing it go back to 100% is delicious. But this stress/relief cycle can’t be healthy. I don’t want to say, “Stop it!”, but come on. Am I in the Bad Place?
