OpenAI stole $1400 from me, be careful, they take all funds after 1 year

I put a cushion of $2,000 on my OpenAI account for overages, and come yesterday it had all vanished, and I hear from support that's just their way, they take any cash balance a year after you deposit, even if you are using it. https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8264644-setting-up-and-managing-prep…
