Pro + Business on the same login: Mac app can't switch workspaces. Anyone solved this?

I've been on Pro for a while and just added a Business workspace for my small team. I kept Pro on the same login because that's where my banked resets and credits live, and OpenAI confirmed they don't carry over to Business. The web app switches between the two workspaces fine.
