Pytorch AMD XDNA2 (ryzen AI processors in new laptops) inference and training backend

Hi, I was bit annoyed about my XDNA2 npu being not really useful on my laptop so I developed pytorch backend that allows accelerated training and inference of pytorch on the NPU.
