Rate limits on chat in ChatGPT Pro

For the first time today, I experienced the message “You’ve hit your rate limit.” in “Chat” mode on a Pro x5 subscription. I'm aware of weekly usage limits in “Work”/Codex chats, but I've never seen it in Chat before. Is that a new thing? I can't seem to find anything about what those limits actual…
