[Release] - SupraTTS-0.1-Beta - a tiny 29.6M parameters TTS model

Hey guys! Today, we are releasing SupraTTS-0.1-Beta , a tiny ~29.6M parameters Text-To-Speech model. The audio quality is a bit better than the original Glow-TTS (the architecture our model is using!) while it's keeping the same size.
