RTX 8000 vs Twin RTX 3090s?

I currently have an RTX 8000 but it's definitely on the slower side. Is it worth it to sell that and get a couple of RTX 3090s? I assume I'll be able to sell the 8000 for $1800, and then buy the 3090s for $2500. Or is it not worth it at all? I'm just a casual LLM user for some small coding projects…
