Suggestions for Minimax for low vram (3050 4gb)

Hello, I'm thinking of trying Minimax H3. I have seen a lots of different options like ggufs, w4a8 etc. Can anyone recommend me what models are best for my setup (if at all possible)? I have 16 gb ram, Ryzen 9 5900 hx and 4gb vram (3050 ti).
