We spend $30k/M on tokens! How to reduce it?

We are 15 person startup. Each developer spend around 2K (Some 5K and the devop guy spend just around 200). I spend around 2.5K. We raised a good seed round, so money isn't tight. But 30K a month isnt a joke. Any engineers that managed to reduce it by a meaningful percentage?
