Weird ultimate sd upscale "issue"

So was getting 2s per step on ultimate sd upscale when going up to 4k resolution using 4x+ultrasharpv2... PC hasn't been restarted in week. No problems, but finally did a restart and the next time I ran the same workflow, same resolutions, same steps, everything the same.... It's now 6s per step...…
