What pace do you use between Google Flow generations?

When I send prompts back to back in Flow, I sometimes get "requesting generations too quickly", and once "unusual activity", and then I'm stuck waiting much longer than if I'd gone slow. Right now I leave 20–30 seconds between prompts and it's been fine. Is that what others see too? Does it differ…
