What's a real world task where you think AI needs to improve before you'd trust it to handle the whole thing?

I'm not talking about generating a paragraph or answering a trivia question. I mean something with several steps where one small mistake could ruin the final result. What task comes to mind, and what's the biggest obstacle holding AI back from doing it reliably?
